Peanut Cake
1.
Ingredients: 80 grams of peanut kernels, 50 grams of cooked flour, 60 grams of caster sugar, 15 grams of peanut oil
2.
Shell the peanuts, sauté fragrant, and remove the inner skin. Put the granulated sugar and peanut kernels into the food processor and beat them repeatedly into fine powder. Pour into a bowl, add cooked flour, and mix well. Pour in peanut oil and stir well to form a dough.
3.
Divide into 10 equal parts, knead them into chess pieces, put them in a mooncake mold sprinkled with cooked powder, buckle on the table, press to shape, demould, and plate.
Tips:
Mixing sugar and peanuts and whipping makes it easier to beat them into fines, without causing oil.
If you have ready-made peanut powder, you can use powdered sugar and mix it evenly.
