Peanut Candy

Ingredients: 100g peanut kernels, 20g white sesame seeds, 60g white sugar, 68g maltose, 8ml corn oil

Roasted peanuts, let cool,

Saute white sesame seeds until fragrant and let cool.

Peel the peanuts,

Cut into crumbles.

Mix peanuts and sesame seeds,

Put it in the oven, 100 degrees, keep warm, and set aside.

Pour the oil and sugar into the pot,

Continue to cook until brownish red,

Add maltose and simmer slowly.

Use a thermometer to measure the temperature, boil the syrup to 140 degrees,

Pour in peanuts and sesame seeds and mix well quickly.

Tips:
If you don't have a thermometer, you can drop the syrup into cold water to see if the sugar becomes brittle.
Peanuts and sesame seeds can be replaced with other nuts.
While cutting the sugar, keep it hot, otherwise it is not suitable for shaping.
The size of the candies can be adjusted as you like.
