Peanut Cookies

Knock the eggs into the basin, add sugar and stir evenly

Add salad oil
3.
Add whipped cream and stir well
4.
Add milk powder and peanut powder, my roasted peanuts are a bit darker

Put in the flour

Stir it into a batter

Put in a piping bag

Cover the baking tray with greased paper, squeeze the batter on the baking tray, and preheat the oven 180 degrees

Bake for 20 minutes and the surface will be golden
Tips:
1. The baking time depends on your own oven
2. It’s the first time I make cookies, the batter is a bit thin, you can add some flour if you have made it
