Peanut Crisp

The butter is softened at room temperature and sugar is added.

Beat with a whisk until fluffy and whitish.

Add the egg mixture and beat evenly.

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder.

Stir evenly and add the ground peanuts.

Knead into a dough, cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

The rested noodles are divided into small doughs of about 15 grams.

Put the small dough on the baking tray, put a peanut on the dough, press it lightly with your hands to make all of it, and brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 25 minutes.
