Peanut Crisp

Put the peanut kernels in a pot (without putting oil), sauté them over medium and low heat until fragrant; let the fried peanut kernels cool in the air, and rub the red clothes off. ️Pulled peanut kernels can be rolled with a rolling pin for a little time without harming the machine. I was lazy and didn't do it. ️Fruit language machine (not above), shake it up, add some raisins and shake it for later use (I use black currant raisins) ️

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add white sugar, rock sugar, honey, and stir-fry with a spatula; fry until the white sugar melts, then simmer it slowly. ️Dip a little syrup on the chopsticks and put it in cold water. After a few seconds, take out the chopsticks and have a try. When the syrup is set and the taste is crunchy and non-sticky, it means that the syrup is ready. ️

Pour the peanut kernels while it is hot and mix well; then pour it on a cutting board to flatten the surface and shape it; cut it into small pieces while it is hot, and chop it when it is cold.

Cut it and serve it on a plate, ready to eat!
