Peanut Cuttlefish Dried Lotus Root Soup

1. Wash the lotus root and cut it into slices.

2. Put the soaked chicken bones and dried cuttlefish into the pressure cooker.

3. Then put in the lotus root, peanuts and walnuts in turn.

4. Fill the pot with clean water that has not covered the ingredients and then close the lid and start boiling.

5. Boil on high heat for half an hour and then continue to low heat for 20 minutes, seasoning and chopped green onion before drinking.
