Peanut Hemp Ball

Prepare all materials.

Add wheat starch to boiling water to boil the mature noodles.

Add wheat starch cooked noodles to glutinous rice flour, add lard and water and knead to a smooth dough.

Pour the melted butter into the peanut brittle and stir into the peanut filling.

Crush the peanuts into 20 g balls each, set aside.

Knead the glutinous rice dough into 30 g balls each.

Press the glutinous rice dough into a round piece by hand, wrap it with peanut filling, seal tightly, and knead it into a ball.

Coat white sesame seeds evenly after the surface is sticky.

After sticking the sesame seeds, rub the sesame seeds tightly so that the sesame seeds are close to the glutinous rice ball.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, turn to medium-low heat when it's 70 minutes hot, and put in the hemp balls.

Fry until golden on the surface, then remove and drain the oil.
