Peanut Muffin

Prepare the ingredients.

The peanuts are mashed.

Mix the eggs and milk and stir well, set aside.

Sift in low flour, baking powder and butter.

Add crushed peanuts and sugar and mix well.

Pour the milk and egg mixture and stir well.

Preheat the oven and fill the cup. Fire up and down at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tips:
I fry the peanuts by myself, peel them, and mash them with a rolling pin. For the sugar, cotton white sugar can be used. I prepared white sand sugar at the beginning, and finally used white cotton candy.
It is recommended to stand still for a few minutes after filling the cup to better let the baking powder work.
