Peanut Nougat
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, 50g butter, 180g marshmallows, 140g milk powder, and 200g raw peanuts.
2.
Roast the peanuts in an oven or a microwave oven. Generally, the high heat of the microwave oven is about 3.5-4 minutes. Then peel off the peanuts, put them in a fresh-keeping bag and slightly crush them with a rolling pin for later use.
3.
The butter is liquefied in advance or melted directly in a non-stick pan. Remember to use a non-stick pan, otherwise it is a little troublesome.
4.
After the butter is liquefied, add marshmallows and stir continuously until the marshmallows melt. It is best to melt the marshmallows over a medium to low heat.
5.
After mixing the butter and melted marshmallow, add milk powder and mix well over low heat.
6.
Add the prepared peanuts, and I also added some black sesame seeds in it.
7.
Add the crushed peanuts and mix well, then you will know how good a non-stick pan is.
8.
After mixing, pour it into a non-stick mold while it is hot for shaping. It is best to wear film gloves or cover the sugar with a layer of plastic wrap to prevent sticking. Put the shaped sugar cubes in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and take them out.
9.
You can also put a layer of plastic wrap in the non-stick mold to make it easier to take out the sugar cubes.
10.
Take it out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces. It is best to cut when the sugar is a little bit soft. It is too hard to cut.
11.
Wrap the cut sugar cubes with glutinous rice paper to prevent sticking.
12.
Finally, wrap it with sugar paper, put it in the box and give it to others to eat.
Tips:
Be sure to use a non-stick pan. When cutting into pieces, it's best to cut when it's a little soft, or it's too hard to cut.
