Peanut Nougat

First process the peanut kernels, fry the peanut kernels over medium heat in an electric frying pan, and peel them for later use.

Cut the marshmallows into small pieces and weigh the ingredients you need.

After preheating the electric frying pan over medium heat, add butter.

Until the butter melts.

Put the cut marshmallows into the melted butter.

Change the heat to low, stir the marshmallows with a spatula to melt completely, turn off the heat.

Add milk powder and peanut kernels and stir quickly.

Stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed into a dough. Prepare a piece of plastic wrap and coat it with olive oil. Then put the clustered sugar on the plastic wrap and arrange it into rectangles.

Wrap it, put it in the refrigerator, take it out when it's cold, and cut it into pieces.

The simple version of nougat is even easier to use with this electric frying pan. It is also possible to use a flat-bottomed non-stick frying pan without a frying pan.
