Peanut Pumpkin Bisque

Ingredients: 30ml peanuts, 350g pumpkin, 350g warm water at 50°, a little chopped green onion, a little salt

Wash the pumpkin and put the seeds in a steamer to cook.

Let cool to room temperature.

Peanuts are cooked in the microwave.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and put it in the cup of the food processor.

Pour peanuts,

Add warm water.

Close the lid.

Put the cooking cup into the base.

Select the soup function and start it.

After whipping, turn off the machine, remove the cooking cup, and uncover the lid.

Pour into the cup.

Add salt and sprinkle chopped green onions. Drink while hot.
Tips:
If you don't like the skin seeds, you can also remove the skin seeds and use.
Peanuts can be replaced with other nuts.
Salt can also be added to the cooking cup and whipped together.
