I worked overtime too late last night and the food market was closed when I came home. I didn't buy fresh ingredients but I searched around at home and found soybeans and peanuts. They are good for boiling bone soup. The soup is nutritious and nourishing.

Peanut Soybean Big Bone Soup

1. Prepare the big bones, wash and blanch them for later use.

2. Prepare peanuts and soybeans.

3. Put the big bones in the pot, and put in the washed peanuts and soybeans.

4. Add water.

5. Add cooking wine, ginger slices and peppercorns.

6. Cook on the electric pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

7. Flip the lid when the air is exhausted, and season with salt.

8. Bowl.

Tips:

1. Boil the big bones to get rid of blood water and peculiar smell.
2. Add some cooking wine, ginger slices and pepper to the soup to make the soup more fragrant and delicious.
