Peanut Soybean Big Bone Soup

Prepare the big bones, wash and blanch them for later use.

Prepare peanuts and soybeans.
3.
Put the big bones in the pot, and put in the washed peanuts and soybeans.

Add water.

Add cooking wine, ginger slices and peppercorns.
6.
Cook on the electric pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
7.
Flip the lid when the air is exhausted, and season with salt.
