Peanut Stewed Pork Tail

Cut the pigtail into large pieces and wash, slice the ginger, cut the chili into chili rings, and wash the peanuts.

Add oil and ginger slices to a hot pan, saute fragrant, add pig tails, and fry until slightly golden.
