Peanut Stick
1.
The peanut kernels are slowly roasted in a pan on a low heat, and two tablespoons of salt can be placed below to avoid muddying the pan
2.
After roasting, peel off
3.
Put clear water in the pot, add some sugar and cook slowly
4.
When the syrup is boiled, add peanut kernels
5.
After the peanut kernels are full of syrup, sprinkle in cornstarch and fry until the grains are distinct, then let it out and let cool
6.
Looks good, sweet and crunchy, not greasy
Tips:
If you find it bothersome, you don’t need to peel the red skin of the peanut kernels. It’s still nutritious.
