Peanuts and Lychee Boiled Rice Cake

Ingredients: rice cakes, dried lychees, peanuts (cooked), borneol sugar

Peel the dried lychees and set aside.

Put the rice cake on the chopping board and cut into pieces, set aside.

Put the peeled dried lychees and borneol sugar into the soup pot.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook for 7 minutes.

Then, combine the cut rice cakes and cooked peanuts, stir and boil.

Cook until the rice cakes are cooked and soft, and serve.
