Pearl Milk Tea
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Add water to the milk pan and boil it, add the pearls and boil until soft, turn off the heat and cover and simmer for a while, just rub it with your own hands and boil it until soft.
3.
Pour the stuffy pearls out and soak them in water first, add a proper amount of water to the milk pot and boil them with old brown sugar.
4.
Pour the pearls and stir continuously until the brown sugar is sticky and hung on the pearls.
5.
Pour the pearls into the cup, heat the milk in a milk pot, first pour out a little milk froth, no milk frother can be omitted, and then put in a black tea bag, because I like the taste of tea, you can also use milk directly.
6.
Originally, the brown sugar was put on the wall of the cup to make it dirty. Maybe the milk heated up and finally saccharified.
7.
Pour in the hot milk tea, pour milk froth on top, and then squeeze the chocolate sauce garland.
Tips:
1 To make pearls yourself, add hot brown sugar water to tapioca flour and knead the balls.
2 Milk froth and garland are just for your own fun and can be omitted.
3 The amount of ingredients is based on your own feelings. It doesn't matter if the amount of a cup is more or less.
