Pearl Milk Tea
1.
Pour the brown sugar in a pan, heat it on low heat, and fry a little
2.
Add water, bring to a boil on low heat
3.
Pour the boiled brown sugar water into the tapioca flour
4.
Stir evenly, it is a bit hard at first, and slowly mix until there is no dry powder
5.
Spread a layer of tapioca flour on the plate to prevent sticking
6.
Take a small piece of brown sugar tapioca powder that has just been mixed, knead it into small balls, and place them on a plate
7.
Sift out excess dry powder
8.
Put more water in the pot, after boiling, add the pearls
9.
After the high heat is boiled, put it on medium and low heat for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
10.
Too cold water, soak in cold water for later use
11.
Pour a little bit of water into the pot, boil it, add the tea bag, turn off the heat and soak for 5 minutes, so that the tea flavor is fully incorporated into the water (a little water is enough)
12.
Pour milk and whipped cream, boil on low heat, add condensed milk and sugar, soak for a few minutes
13.
Just filter out the tea bag and milk foam, add pearls and drink
