Pearl Milk Tea

After the water is boiled, add the pearls and boil for 10 minutes, rinse twice with water, and soak in ice water for later use.

Mix the milk and black tea evenly.

Heat until the milk is about to boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add condensed milk and stir well.

Pour in three-flower evaporated milk and mix well.

Sift the milk tea, pour it into a cup, and add pearls.
Tips:
1. The pearls must be boiled in ice water, so that the taste is only good.
2. For black tea, you can choose Earl Grey tea instead of ordinary tea leaves.
3. Sanhua evaporated milk can enhance the overall rich taste, if not, you can leave it alone, but the taste is relatively small.
