Pearl Milk Tea (with Pearl Method)

The ratio of tea to water is 1:10

Let's start making pearls, soak the milk tea next to it, without filtering it. Bring water and brown sugar to a boil in a pot on a low fire. The amount of water here is very small, so don’t turn on a high fire. Try to let the water evaporate as little as possible.

Boil the water and brown sugar completely, remove from the heat, and add the tapioca flour. The state in my pot is a paste. If the amount is large, it is better to handle it. Tips:
1. There is nothing to say about milk tea, don't be unwilling to put tea leaves
2. I tried putting the pearls in the refrigerator overnight. The next day they were hard and they didn’t taste good, but the feeling of Q bombs disappeared.
