Add water to glutinous rice for 10 hours;

Chopped horseshoe

Add horseshoe shreds to the ground meat;

Add salt, half a spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of cooking wine and half a spoon of sesame oil and mix well;

Mix the ground meat into meatballs;
6.
Wrap the soaked glutinous rice around the meatballs;
7.
Steam the wrapped glutinous rice meatballs over high heat for 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. You can use your left and right hands to beat the meatballs when you are grouping the meatballs, which can make the meatballs more elastic;
2. When wrapping glutinous rice, you can also use your left and right hands to beat it to make the glutinous rice stick to the meatballs more firmly.
