Peking Scallion Fried Chicken Wing Tips

Prepare chicken wing tips, green onions, peppers, and garlic for later use.

Raise the frying pan, sauté the garlic, stir-fry the tips of chicken wings over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add scallions and chili and stir fry together.

Add appropriate amount of water, add light soy sauce, sugar and simmer for 1 minute.
