Peppa Pig Frosted Biscuits

1. Melt the butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and Shuiyi over water.

2. Let it cool down until the sugar is completely melted.

4. Sift into low-gluten flour.

5. Knead into a dough, be sure to knead evenly.
