Peppa Pig Fruit Box Cake

Stir the milk and salad oil until it is emulsified.

Sift in low-gluten flour and cornstarch in a zigzag shape and stir evenly.

Add the egg yolk and stir well in the same Z shape.

The egg whites are beaten three times with fine sugar until they reach sharp corners.

Take one third of the egg white paste and egg yolk paste and mix well.

Stir well with the remaining egg white paste. Pour the batter into two 4-inch molds. Shake it a few times, preheat the oven at 130 degrees for 10 minutes and then put it in for about 35 minutes.

After baking, let it cool thoroughly and demould.

Whip the whipped cream with powdered sugar and set aside.

Cut each cake into 2 slices.

Put a piece of cake in the Peppa Pig box, squeeze the cream, and put a layer of fruit.

Place another piece of cake and press it gently with your hands.

Then squeeze the cream and place the fruit on it.
