Pepper Beef Patties

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour to form a soft dough, then cover it with a wet towel for more than half an hour

Chop beef into minced meat, chop other ingredients into small pieces and set aside

Take a larger container, put in the beef, green onion, ginger, pepper, and 1 egg

Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, five-spice powder, black pepper and cooking wine in one direction and stir until the meat is strong

Put a small amount of peanut oil in the pan, put the wrapped beef patty and cover the pan and fry the whole process on low heat

Fry until golden on one side, turn it over, continue to fry until golden on both sides, then turn off the heat to eat
