Pepper Bitter Gourd Salad

Ingredients: Bitter Gourd and Pepper Salad Dressing

Wash the bitter gourd and remove the flesh

Then cut the blade

Boil water in a pot, add a little oil and salt

Adding bitter gourd and blanching for 1 minute is enough, or just boil it, not too long

Remove cold water

Drain the bitter gourd in cold water and put it on a plate

Tips:
1. Add a little oil and salt when blanching the bitter gourd to make the bitter gourd bright in color and crispy taste.
2. The blanched bitter gourd must be too cold to maintain its color, otherwise it will turn yellow.
