Pepper Sprout Egg Pancake

First wash the pepper buds and remove the roots.

Chop the pepper sprouts.

Put the pepper sprouts in a large bowl, beat 2 eggs, and add some salt.

Mix the pepper buds thoroughly and set aside.

Pour oil into the frying pan, and pour the pepper sprouts when the oil is hot.

Shape one side, then turn it over.

Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
