Pesto is a sauce of pasta, Italian pesto, also translated as green sauce. This sauce is made by grinding basil, garlic, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
The prepared sauce can be used not only for noodles, but also for kneading bread and even dipping big buns. The taste is absolutely top-notch, especially the freshly made one, which is hundreds of times better than the finished product on the market.

Tips:

1. Pine nuts are not easy to find. They can be replaced with other nuts such as peanuts, sunflower seeds, etc. They are all good, I will use sunflower seeds instead.
2. After pouring the beaten sauce into the bottle and letting it stand, there must be a layer of clear oil on the surface to protect the sauce from being blue and not oxidized.
3. Pasta sauces include red sauce, green sauce, white sauce and black sauce.
