Put garlic, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, salt and pepper into the food processor, and pour olive oil.
6.
And basil leaves are also put into the food processor.
7.
Just start the cooking machine to puree it.
8.
Pour the beaten sauce into a bottle and place it in the refrigerator for storage.
Note: After standing still, there must be a layer of clear oil on the surface to protect the sauce from being blue and not oxidized.
9.
The prepared green sauce can be mixed with pasta.
10.
You can also spread the bread, but the bread is not the kind of sweet bread.
Tips:
1. Pine nuts are not easy to find. They can be replaced with other nuts such as peanuts, sunflower seeds, etc. They are all good, I will use sunflower seeds instead.
2. After pouring the beaten sauce into the bottle and letting it stand, there must be a layer of clear oil on the surface to protect the sauce from being blue and not oxidized.
3. Pasta sauces include red sauce, green sauce, white sauce and black sauce.
