Pheasant Roasted Two Mushrooms

1. Prepare pheasant, mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms.

2. Chop the chicken into pieces.

3. Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper.

4. Cut the two mills into hob blocks.

5. Pour cold water into the pot, add the chicken to the boil, add the cooking wine, boil it out, and remove it for later use.
