Pickle

Make kimchi water! Put ginger slices, bay leaves, and salt into the cold water to bring to a boil. After boiling, turn off the heat and add lemon slices and rock sugar. Put the ginger and set aside!

Peel the white radish, cut into strips and marinate for a while, wash the cabbage, cut into pieces and dry for later use!

Put the star anise, pepper and red pepper in the airtight jar, then add the cabbage, the white radish, gently press the cabbage with your hands, put the white radish on top, and then pour the cold kimchi water.

Finally, pour in the white wine and white vinegar, then close the lid and tighten it, and you can eat it in a week!
