Pickle Chicken Legs

Prepare the raw materials, cut the ginger into slices, and the green onions into slices.

Add enough water to the pot, add star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, ginger, green onions, cooking wine, and bring to a boil.

Clean the chicken feet, remove the nails, and chop them into small pieces.

Put the chicken feet in a pot and cook.

The chicken feet are boiled until they can be inserted with chopsticks and turn off the heat.

Rinse the chicken feet well, and then wash them again with a cold boil.
7.
Put the chicken feet in the brine of pickled peppers.
8.
Put the lid on and freeze in the refrigerator for about four hours.

Tips:
1. The pickled peppers I use are made by myself. I mainly use the brine of pickled peppers. Pickled peppers and brine are used together. If you don't have pickled peppers at home, you can buy this kind of pickled peppers with salted water in the supermarket;
2. Do not cook the chicken feet for too long. It takes about ten minutes or so. Take a shower carefully to make the chicken feet crispy.
