Pickle Chicken Legs

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet and cut them into small pieces.

Add water, cooking wine, pepper, green onions, and ginger to the chicken feet and bring to a boil.

Tips:
1. Add some peppercorns when cooking chicken feet to remove fishy and fragrant flavors.
2. Boiled chicken feet soaked in ice water can make the meat more elastic.
