Pickle Chicken Legs

Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

Cut off your nails and set aside.

Boil a pot under cold water.

Remove and rinse, add ginger slices, pepper, star anise, cooking wine.

Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until cooked through.

Remove and rinse with clean water to control dry water for later use.
