Pickle Chicken Legs

1. Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

2. Cut off your nails and set aside.

3. Boil a pot under cold water.

4. Remove and rinse, add ginger slices, pepper, star anise, cooking wine.

5. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until cooked through.
