Pickled Cucumber
1.
Prepare ingredients. 3 cucumbers, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of red pepper.
2.
Clean the cucumber, then cut into sections and then cut into strips. The strips should not be too thin. Slice garlic and red pepper into sections for later use.
3.
Put half a teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar into the cucumber strips, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
4.
Take an empty bowl, put 5 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar in sequence, then put the garlic slices and chili pieces into the bowl, and mix well.
5.
After the cucumbers are marinated, pour out the excess water, then put the cucumbers in the fresh-keeping box, and then pour the just prepared juice into the fresh-keeping box, as shown in the figure.
6.
Keep the lid on the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator overnight. You can take it out the next day. (In the process of refrigerating and marinating, you can stir it several times to make it more convenient and even taste.)
