Pickled Fish

Pour a bag of kippers into a basin for kippers.

Cut the coriander and green onions.
4.
Pour the oil into the sauerkraut and stir fry.

Add water and boil for 3 minutes. Add seasoning bag. Add fish head and fish bones and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the fish and cook for another three minutes.

Sprinkle the vegetables with green onion, coriander and put a little pepper in the hot oil.
