1. Those who are not good at knives, like me, go to the supermarket to buy a piece of dragon fish fillet, a whole piece of fish, just slice it, which is very convenient. Friends with good knife skills, please choose sliced fish such as grass carp and carp. Cut the fish fillets, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt and white pepper, and marinate them. After 20 minutes, add a little starch to make a slurry for later use.

2. Wash enoki mushrooms and lettuce, and slice tofu.

3. Soak ginger into slices and pat the garlic with a knife.

4. The sauerkraut fish seasoning bought in the supermarket contains vegetable buns and sauce buns. This is very convenient, because the vegetable market here in Xier can hardly buy the sauerkraut in this vegetable bun...

5. Stir ginger and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil.

6. Add the vegetable buns and stir fry, add the sauce buns and continue to stir fry after the sour taste. In fact, sauerkraut is very oily. Friends who like to have a bit more flavor or have hot pot with many people can add more oil appropriately, which can add up to 45g.

7. Add water to a boil. At this time, the friends who are deboning the fish can add the fish bones and fish heads to the soup. If you use fish fillets like Xie'er, you can add some broth. If not, add water directly.
