Boiled Dragon Fish Fillet

After thawing the longli fish soak, wash and drain the water

Put the fish fillets in a large basin, add salt, black pepper, starch and cooking wine, marinate for 5 minutes, then use 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and sesame seeds.

Then talk about the dipping sauce, mix 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce with Lao Gan Ma hot sauce, and chopped chives and sprinkle on top of the dipping sauce.
