Tomato Dragon Fish

1. Long Li fish fillet sliced, tomato and green onion garlic slices for later use

2. Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface of the fish fillet, pour in the cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and starch, stir evenly, and marinate for about 10 minutes

3. Pick up the frying pan, pour the marinated fish fillets, use chopsticks to quickly remove them, and when both sides turn golden, remove and drain
