Pickled Fish (with Tips for Tender Fish)

After the middle section of the fish is cleaned, the fish bones are removed, and the fish meat is cut into thin slices.

Tips:
1. Don't discard the fish bones that are removed, they can be used to make the soup first.
2. When sliding the fish fillets, put them in piece by piece, otherwise it will be sticky, not easy to cook and affect the appearance.
3. The pickled cabbage fish can be added according to the individual's favorite ingredients.
4. Since I bought a ready-made bag of pickled cabbage fish seasoning package, no pepper or pepper was added. The seasoning is also omitted. If you don’t use the seasoning package, make your own. Finally, add the pepper to the hot oil and pour it on the fish.

1. The fish fillets should be thinly sliced.
2. Put the sliced fish into clean water.
3. Add cornstarch, egg white and fish meat and mix well. The more sticky the fish fillet, the more tender the fish. Do not add water when marinating.
4. After the soup is boiled on high heat, put the fish fillets in, not too long. Just boil it, because you have to sprinkle with hot oil at the end, and the remaining temperature will make the fish more cooked.
