Pickled Garlic

Peel the fresh garlic that you bought, and then cut the roots flat. Peel off all the skins.

Soak the peeled garlic in clean water for 3 days and 3 nights. Remember to change the water once every 12 hours.

Soak the garlic in the bath to control the moisture. Find a clean, oil-free bottle and put the white vinegar and sugar in the bottle and stir. Add a little salt, so that the sugar will taste very sweet. Finally, put the garlic in and marinate for 1 month before eating. (The longer the sugar garlic is marinated, the better it will be).
