Hot and Sour Cold Noodles

Cut the beans into sections and the cucumber into shreds.

Noodles are best bought as thin sticks.

Boil noodles in boiling water. After being cooked, let it cool in pure water.

The cowpeas must be blanched thoroughly.

Spread the cold noodles on the cucumber shreds and blanched cowpeas.

Cut the garlic into minced pieces, white sesame seeds, and spicy noodles in a bowl. Put some thirteen incense and mix thoroughly. Heat the oil and pour it on the prepared ingredients. The oil bowl with white sesame seeds is super fragrant! Add a little balsamic vinegar to a bowl of oil and it becomes a hot and sour sauce.
