Pickled Peanuts

Wash peanuts, add salt, star anise, and ginger to soak for 1 hour.

Pour all the mixture in the pot, including water, into the pot together, add the flavourful and xianka, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook until the peanut noodles are cooked.

Use a strainer to remove the peanuts and control the moisture.

Pour appropriate amount of pickled pepper and pickled pepper juice into the peanuts and mix well. It can be eaten overnight.
