Pickled Pepper Chicken Feet

Cut off the claws of the chicken feet you bought, and then cut them in half

Add water to the pot, add a few slices of ginger, boil, add the chicken feet, cover and cook for 5 minutes, or use chopsticks to try to pass through.

After the cooked chicken feet are clamped out, rinse them with water several times, and then soak them in cold water until they feel cold. Rinse them with clean water several times and then dry the water.

Now I don’t have kimchi at home, so I bought a big bag of pickled pepper water at the vegetable market.

Tips:
1. The chicken feet are cut for me by people at the vegetable market. I used to buy them and cut them by myself, which was very laborious.
2. If you like spicy food, you can cut the pickled peppers so that the peppers will be deep into the "marrow" after soaking them overnight.
3. The chicken feet must not be cooked too badly, otherwise it will not chew.
