Pickled Pepper Chicken Feet

Wash and drain the prepared materials.

Wash chicken feet, cut in half, put in water, add pepper and green onions and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove and soak in ice water for ten minutes. (Put cold boiled water in the refrigerator beforehand)

Remove the chicken feet and put them in a large container, add the side dishes and soak the feet and stir.

Take the kimchi water from the kimchi jar, cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for one day.
Tips:
If you don’t have kimchi water, you can use cool boiled water with white vinegar (the ratio is determined by your taste) and pickled pepper water, but the taste is not as good as the kimchi water of Laotan!
