Pickled Pepper Chicken Gizzards

1. Ingredients: chicken gizzards (cleaned), millet spicy pickled peppers, red pickled peppers, ginger slices

2. Put the cleaned chicken gizzards in a pot of clean water, boil for 1 minute, and then remove them.
