Pickled Pepper Chicken Gizzards

Ingredients: chicken gizzards (cleaned), millet spicy pickled peppers, red pickled peppers, ginger slices

Put the cleaned chicken gizzards in a pot of clean water, boil for 1 minute, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Next, add the blanched chicken gizzards and add some cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, stir in the red pickled peppers and millet hot pickled peppers and boil for 3 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
