Pickled Pepper Lettuce Bullfrog

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), lettuce (peeled), red pickled peppers, ginger slices

Place the lettuce on the chopping board and cut into hob pieces, set aside.

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Then, add the chopped bullfrogs and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.
