Pickled Pepper Pork Snails

Ingredients: meat snails, millet spicy pickled peppers, red pickled peppers, ginger slices

Wash the snails and remove them for later use.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Next, add the cleaned meat snails and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the millet hot pickled peppers and red pickled peppers, stir fry until cooked. (About 4 minutes)

Finally, add the right amount of sugar.
