Pork Snails with Tempeh

Ingredients: meat snails (cleaned), sliced ginger, green onion, tempeh

Put the cleaned snails in a pot of clean water, and put the sliced ginger.

After blanching for 1 minute, remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched snails and add some cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of tempeh.

Stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of light soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Then, put the scallions in, and serve.
