Scrambled Eggs with Pork Conch

1. Ingredients: eggs.

2. Meat snails (cleaned).

3. Chives and ginger slices.

4. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add some cooking wine and beat them into egg liquid, set aside.

5. Then, put the cleaned snails in a pot of clean water, put the sliced ginger, boil, and remove.

6. Let cool.

7. Take the meat and set aside.

8. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces.

9. Next, add the meat snails, add some salt to taste and stir fry.

10. Then, put the chopped green onion and add some chicken essence.
