Fried Bullfrog with Meat Snails

Ingredients: meat snails (cleaned).

Bullfrog (washed).
3.
Chop pepper, chives, ginger slices.

Put the washed bullfrog on the cutting board and cut into pieces, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Then, add meat snails and bullfrogs, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, season with some salt and stir fry until cooked.

Then, add the chopped pepper and stir fry.
9.
Finally, add some chicken essence and stir well.
10.
Put the chives in.
