Cut the pork into strips and marinate for a while with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce. Shred the sauerkraut and blanch the vermicelli in overheated water for later use.

Heat up the pot, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add chopped green onion and minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add pork shreds and stir fry until the color changes.

Tips:
You can add a small amount of minced garlic to taste.
